Registration
Sunnyline
Computer Products Poland sells goods only to registered wholesale
companies. To become our partner please send your company’s
data to the sales
department. A valid active EU VAT
number is required.
Orders
All
orders are accepted in writing only by e-mail or fax. Sales
department working hours are Monday to Thursday from 9:00 to 17:00,
Friday from 8:00 to 16:00 CET. All orders placed after that time will
be processed next business day.
All
prices given (unless stated otherwise) are net prices (VAT excluded),
EXW and do not include shipping fees. Available currencies are: PLN,
EUR and USD. For our regular partners,
depending on the level of turnover the appropriate discount system is
provided.
Sales
Restrictions: The following manufacturers have introduced
restrictions on the sale of their products: TP-Link, Microlab. For
details please contact sales
department.
Payment
For
all orders, buyer will receive pro forma invoice which is the basis
for payment in advance. Payment currencies available for payment
through bank transfer are : PLN, EUR
and USD.
All bank's fees must be covered by buyer. The original invoice will
be delivered with ordered goods.
Deferred
payment may become available depending on the turnover and purchase
history. Trade credit and transactions are insured and monitored by
Euler-Hermes Group.
Shipping
Delivery
of the goods is carried out by the shipping company at the expense of
the buyer. The shipping costs are visible as a separate position on
the invoice. The costs and delivery time are calculated individually
for each order. Sunnyline is currently working with GLS and Raben for
deliveries outside of Poland. It is possible to use the shipping
company specified by the buyer therefore all arrangements and
shipping costs are made and paid by buyer.
Notification
of defects
The
buyer is obligated to examine the goods immediately upon reception.
All defects must be described and confirmed in writing on
acknowledged receipt by freight/forwarder. Obvious defects must be
notified to Sunnyline within 48 hours after delivery. Hidden and
factory defects must be notified to Sunnyline no later than 7 days
after discovery.
In
addition buyer is obliged to verify the goods in regard to quantity
and quality. Any differences must be reported within 48 hours after
delivery.
Warranty
All
products offered via our distribution are covered by 12 months
warranty. This period shall commence upon the day of purchase stated
on the invoice. Exchange of the defective items shall take place
within a period of 30 days with the subsequent delivery. Longer
period may be required depending on the market condition and
availability.
