Notice: having received RMA number, you should place it conspicuously on a package and in “Notices” field of the waybill. The shipments without the RMA number will not be accepted.



Having sent the complaint form, the RMA number will be sent to the e-mail address given in the form. The equipment is to be sent not earlier than after receiving the RMA number. The RMA number should be placed conspicuously on the package. Attach a copy of the proof of purchase to the equipment. Do not send the original copies of documents.

4. To complain about more than one device, send an e-mail at serwis@sunnyline.com.pl.

In the message for each device the following data should be given:

  • model of the device
  • serial number
  • detailed description of a defect

 

Under the list of equipment to be complained about, detailed phone and address data of the claimant should be given (address for shipments).

Failure to give all information, particularly the serial number or the description of a defect, may delay or invalidate the complaint procedure.

The equipment should be sent not earlier than after receiving RMA. The RMA number should be placed conspicuously on the package. Attach a copy of the proof of purchase to the equipment. Do not send the original copies of documents.

The shipments without the RMA number will not be accepted and will be sent back to the sender at their expense.

The shipments to the service centre shall be sent at the expenses of the claimant.

The shipments sent at the expense of the service will not be accepted and will be sent back to the sender at their expense.
